Shipping Information​

I do my best to prepare and ship all orders within 3 business days. Every item is handmade and carefully packaged before being sent from my home studio in the Netherlands.

Estimated delivery times:

• Within the Netherlands: 1–2 business days

• EU countries: 5–10 business days

• Outside Europe: Up to 25 business days​

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

A quick note on delivery times:
Once your order is with the postal service, delivery times may vary. For untracked shipping, orders are sent via regular letter mail. I use the same estimated timeframes as my courier, but the actual speed can depend on your local postal system and how busy things are at the time.

If you'd prefer extra peace of mind, I recommend choosing a tracked shipping option at checkout whenever possible.​

I want you to be completely happy with your order - if something’s not quite right, I’ll do my best to make it right.

Change of mind?
If you'd like to return your order, please send an email to hello@thequillandvine.com or

click the button below within 7 days of receiving your package. I’ll walk you through the next steps.
Items must be returned in unused, original condition, with packaging intact.
Custom or personalized items can’t be returned unless there’s a problem with the order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

Something went wrong?
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn't show up at all, please contact me as soon as possible -ideally with a few clear photos if your package was damaged in transit. I’ll work with you to find a good solution, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or something else.

Returns are processed within 5 business days after I’ve received the item.
